Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and The Miniputt Open ("we") about The Miniputt Open. By playing, you accept them. If you don't, please don't play.

Your account

A guest account is created when you first open the game. Link Google or Apple sign-in to keep it if you change phones or browsers; a guest account can't be recovered if the game is deleted, or, on the web, if you clear the browser's data for the game. Keep your account to yourself. Don't sell or share it.

Coins, gems and items

Coins, gems, balls and boosters are a limited licence to use content in the game. They have no real-money value, can't be cashed out or transferred, and aren't your property. We may rebalance prices and rewards over time.

Purchases and refunds

• Purchases are made through Google Play or the App Store, under their terms, at the price the store shows you. The web version has no real-money purchases.
• Items are added once the store confirms payment. A pending payment is added when it completes.
• Refunds are handled by Google or Apple under their policies. Ask them through Google Play or your Apple account.
• If a purchase is refunded or charged back, we take back what it gave. This can leave your coins or gems below zero. You won't be able to spend until the balance is back above zero.
• Remove ads turns off ads between matches for your account. Rewarded ads, which you choose to watch, stay available.
• The starter pack can be bought once per account.
• Nothing for sale is random. The daily spin is free.

Online play and computer opponents

Online matches are against other players. When no one is available quickly, you may be matched with a computer-controlled opponent, which plays under a player name and avatar. Computer opponents follow the same rules and physics as people.

Play fair

Don't cheat, use bots or modified apps, exploit bugs, or interfere with other players or our servers. Player names must not be offensive. We may reset progress, remove rewards, or suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

The service

We work to keep the game running, but it's provided as it is. We may change features, take the service down for maintenance, or close it, with reasonable notice where we can. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law as a consumer, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
